Laugherterian Party. Kay Goldberg, MS, CSA is a retirement coach who specializes in healthy aging. She believes that “the person who laughs, lasts.” Kay, a Certified Laughter Leader and a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, offers a 4-week course on laughter and humor through the Jefferson County (Kentucky) Public Schools Lifelong Learning program during its Fall and Spring sessions. She is also available to do presentations and workshops on the benefits of laughter and humor for professional and civic groups, schools, senior centers and businesses in the areas surrounding both Louisville, Kentucky and Hilton Head, South Carolina.
